On this new episode, former Goldman Sachs executive Nomi Prins explains why she believes America is on the verge of another financial crisis. Prins, who is now a journalist and author of “All the President’s Bankers,” says lawmakers’ refusal to pass legislation breaking up the big banks is putting the global economy at risk. Prins and I also discussed President Trump’s new push to privatize highways, airports and all sorts of other public assets that Wall Street has been looking to buy up. That privatization effort is being spearheaded by Gary Cohn, the former Goldman Sachs president who Prins once worked for and who now is President Trump’s top economic adviser.
